Rematec and Kemény Boehme & Company (KBC) are conducting a recurring study to provide deep insight into all aspects of the remanufacturing industry.
In the last Global Remanufacturing Benchmark, respondents from North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific were asked about the markets in which they operate, their products and processes, as well as how they handle key issues such as reverse logistics and warranties.
This year, the survey focuses on OEM/OES, Tier-n and IAM. Rematec and KBC hope to uncover what companies think about their work in the remanufacturing industry, from core handling to quality control.
The last study found Central and Eastern Europe to be crucial markets for the companies surveyed, with North America and Asia-Pacific regions also playing an important role
Europe remains the key market for them when it comes to remanufactured parts
Passenger cars, light commercial vehicles and heavy trucks are among the key target industries for those who responded to the survey
Remetec says that answering the survey will take about 10 minutes, and participants will automatically receive the final benchmark report.
The survey closes on 31 August 2019 and publication of the report is expected in Q1 2020.
