A man was arrested on suspicion of drink driving after being found highly intoxicated at a Kwik Fit garage.
Dhari, whose surname was not released, was seen staggering and falling over before falling asleep at the garage. Despite attempts to administer a breath test, his high level of intoxication prevented accurate readings.
He was taken into custody and provided breath samples that revealed he was four times over the legal limit.
PC Daniel Laurie of Wiltshire’s Roads Policing Unit stressed the dangers of drink driving, stating that it is one of the “fatal five” offences most likely to cause serious accidents. He highlighted Dhari’s extremely high blood alcohol level, which was four times the legal limit.

Can we assume he turned to drink after Kwik Fit quoted a price for his tyres. However there is no excuse for this behaviour he could simply of gone to another reputable tyre Co and got a sensible price.
