An independent garage has praised WhoCanFixMyCar.com (WCFMC.com) after securing more than 200 bookings through the company, which has “transformed” their business.
Neil and Jen are the owners of N and J Autocare, based in Whiston and, after a relatively slow start, has used WCFMC.com to go completely full-time.
Neil trained as a mechanic working with his dad for 15 years before deciding to start his own garage with Jen in April 2016.
Aware that business had the potential to be better, a month after opening, Neil and Jen decided to join WCFMC.com and business improved.
Joining was a godsend
Jen explained the impact of the company on their business and how it is helped the garage give back to those close to her heart. She said: “Joining WhoCanFixMyCar.com was a godsend; it really helped to blow the business up.
“I was able to quit my job and work at the garage full time.”
Not forgetting her previous role within the ambulance service, N and J Autocare offer a special discount to all NHS and Emergency Service staff.
The discount applies to any work that needs to be carried out on the personal vehicles of everybody working within those industries.
Transformed their business
Jen continued: “Everyone works so hard and their salaries don’t reflect that, so we decided to honour that and give back – who doesn’t love a discount.”
WCFMC.com has transformed their business with 202 bookings completed to a ‘very high standard’.
“The platform is great because the work is in your hands and you can choose to work as much or as little as you like,” Jen concluded.
WhoCanFixMyCar.com is a source of work for garages by linking them with motorists who require repairs to be undertaken.
