Photos taken inside the multi-storey car park in Liverpool show the full extent of damage following a huge fire which destroyed 1,400 vehicles on Sunday.
The fire is reported to have been started by a fault in a parked Land Rover but quickly spread throughout the entire car park before fire crews manager to fully extinguish the blaze on Monday afternoon.
Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service said it was one of the worst fires it has ever dealt with and has confirmed that all vehicles parked inside have been destroyed.
The fire chief said a sprinkler system could have stopped the fire from spreading.
A total of 21 fire engines were attended the scene.
