In recognition of National Mechanics’ Month, Castrol has launched a new campaign to help independent vehicle workshops across the UK raise awareness within their communities and highlight the effort and achievements of their staff.

Castrol is encouraging independent workshop owners or mechanics to nominate their workshop, or one of their colleagues, to give them the credit they deserve and help raise their profile.

All they need to do is tell Castrol who they wish to nominate and why.

Motorists in the UK are also invited to nominate their favourite local mechanic or workshop, to make sure they are recognised for their incredible work.

The winning mechanics will get a money-can’t-buy prize, including a polo shirt signed by Renault DP World F1 Team driver, Daniel Ricciardo, the chance to chat to a Renault DP World F1 Team race mechanic and a virtual tour of the team 2021 season pit garage.
