The Nissens Automotive turbo offering of more than 180 part numbers, caters for more than 2,000 OE references and provides coverage in excess of 30 per cent of the UK and Irish car parc.
The range is designed and manufactured to match original equipment (OE) specifications to replicate the engine performance, fuel economy, emissions standards and durability stipulated by the vehicle manufacturers.
These high standards apply equally to Nissens Automotive’s electronically controlled turbos, where selected models are now equipped with E-actuators supplied by HELLA, a global leader in OE electronics and sensor design and manufacture, following an agreement between the two companies.
A Nissens spokesperson said: “There could not be a better partner than HELLA, as it is a top-tier German OE manufacturer with great knowledge and experience in the electronics field, which ensures Nissens Automotive’s turbos are of the highest precision and proven reliability, amplified by the fact that these models also carry the HELLA logo, making them a unique offering in the aftermarket.”
Each replacement turbo is a new, outright purchase unit, that comes without surcharge or the need to return the old unit.
When it comes to installation, each is designed to mirror the existing vehicle system and engine layout, and comes with all the important additional parts, like gaskets or stretch-bolts, that are needed to make fitting an easy and straightforward process, as well as comprehensive fitting instructions in both printed and online formats.
