Automechanika Birmingham 2025, taking place from 3 – 5 June at the NEC, will offer visitors a hands-on experience of product innovation. Bodyshop professionals can expect to see time-saving tools, high-performance equipment, and new technologies brought to life through interactive demonstrations and expert-led showcases.
Headline partner SATA UK Ltd. will conduct Jet X demonstrations on the Paint & Spray Live Stage throughout the show, highlighting the application power of the Jet X and showcasing the adam X Pro spray guns and breathing protection systems. These sessions aim to help technicians improve efficiency and finish quality.
At stand V108, Autotuner will provide all-day demonstrations on using their tool for OBD, Bench, and Boot read processes, along with maximising the use of The One, their all-in-one interface for tuning professionals. Colad and Finixa (stand AB70) will demonstrate their fastest tools and quick-curing putties through live UV curing demonstrations, available throughout the day or upon request.
El-Mohandes for Coatings and Solvents (stand Y116) will showcase premium automotive refinishing products, from lightweight fillers to clear coats. Visitors can also head to stand AA70 to see a custom Nissan Skyline R33 GTR, refinished by DC Customs using Kapci Coatings’ custom 3-stage pearl green and 6050 UHS Clearcoat, displayed by FLP Group & Kapci Coatings. Their technical representatives will offer product demos and advice on applications and refinishing best practices. At stand AB94, GlasWeld will conduct live demonstrations of scratch removal and rock chip repairs, showcasing their kits for achieving flawless glass results.
Primrose Calibration (stand Z98) will provide insights into what Level 4 autonomous vehicles can perceive and how their radar calibration fleet uses the NEXUSS App for nationwide ADAS calibration. Repairify (stand Z70) will showcase their latest innovations, including the asTech All-In-One, asTech 8, Digital ADAS, and the asTech Link, demonstrating advancements in diagnostics and calibration.
At stand Z100, Smartfix Wheel Restore will conduct all-day live demonstrations of their spray robots, PDR systems, Alloy Wheel Diamond Cut Repair Machines, and zero-emission spray booths. Alientech (stand Z88) will discuss their Powergate 4, a state-of-the-art remote tuning device. Finally, at stand K82, Esprit Windscreen Repair Equipment will demonstrate their new injector and cordless lamp for faster, on-the-go glass repairs.
Joanne Knowles, Event Director at Messe Frankfurt, highlighted that this year’s product demonstration line-up embodies Automechanika Birmingham’s focus on practical insight, real solutions, and hands-on experiences for bodyshops. She anticipates that visitors will leave inspired and well-informed.
With over 550 exhibitors, 150 hours of free technical training, and a packed schedule of live demonstrations, Automechanika Birmingham 2025 aims to be an engaging event for the UK aftermarket sector.
