GuestIt wouldn’t matter if DVSA put the fee up to £100 a test, Garages would still under cut each other, and be doing them for £20.00.

GuestCan the test price be increased to include PPE – like hairdressers all have & lets get rid of all the discounting – make the price legal !!

GuestUnfortunately it doesn’t matter what DVSA do to the MOT testing fee, until it’s made mandatory (certainly where we are) no-one will be able to charge the correct full price as we have too many other testing stations close to us heavily discounting the peice.

Participantwe need set prices for mots but until vosa listens too us it will not happen i retire in 10 years i dont think i will see see this before i retire we need a voice that they will listen too but we dont have one the vosa councils are a joke its just window dressing i am a council member the meeting are a waste off time but its a night out too meet up with some off the boys
