Autotech Group will be showcasing all four of its brands – Autotech Training, Autotech Connect, Autotech Recruit, and Autotech Academy – at Automechanika Birmingham 2025 (Hall 18, Stand U78). The collective presence aims to demonstrate how targeted skills development and advanced technology can address the automotive aftermarket’s ongoing skills gap.
Autotech Training will feature its advanced Learning Management System (LMS), Autolearn. This intuitive online platform is designed to transform Continued Professional Development (CPD) for technicians. As the industry transitions towards electric vehicles (EVs) and ADAS-enabled cars, Autolearn provides flexible, modular e-learning to facilitate upskilling anytime, anywhere. Supporting IMI TechSafe™ recognised pathways, the platform helps technicians maintain compliance and technical proficiencies. EV repair certified technicians require 18 hours of CPD every three years, while ADAS certified technicians need 10 hours. Autolearn offers accessible, bite-sized modules covering technical and non-technical training, and can be white-labelled for businesses to create tailored development programmes.
Sharing the stand, Autotech Connect will highlight its role in driving technology adoption to overcome skills shortages and boost efficiency. They will unveil innovations in their Assisted Reality headsets, wearable devices offering hands-free, real-time access to expert guidance. New headset features debuting at Automechanika include AI-driven support for neurodiverse users and simplified administrative tasks, aiming for a more inclusive and productive workshop environment. A thermal imaging camera will also be introduced, enabling technicians to identify live electrical components instantly, speeding up diagnostics and reducing errors.
Visitors to Stand U78 will have the opportunity to experience firsthand how Autotech Group is empowering the automotive aftermarket through innovation, accessible training, and a commitment to upskilling the workforce in an era of continuous technological advancement. The inclusion of Autotech Recruit and Autotech Academy further underscores the group’s holistic approach to addressing industry challenges.
