Comline Group is delighted to announce that it has renewed its ISO 9001:2015 certificate following an exhaustive audit of its quality management systems (QMS) and internal processes by British Standards Institute (BSI), under the UK Accreditation Service.
ISO 9001:2015 is an international standard published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO)—an independent, non-governmental organisation. It provides a framework to help organisations consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements, as well as continually improve their processes.
Comline Group successfully completed a comprehensive inspection, demonstrating compliance with the standard’s seven key quality management principles, including customer focus, leadership, process approach, and continual improvement.
Comline Group Quality Manager, Serkan Gok, said: “This reflects our long-term commitment to quality management systems and internal processes. Over a prolonged period, we have implemented robust procedures and initiatives to ensure we not just meet but exceed the demands and expectations of our partners and regulatory bodies. Every department and colleague is playing a vital role in ensuring we continue on this path. It’s a culture we have built, and we will continue to strengthen and evolve it as our business grows.”
A BSI spokesperson stated: “We are pleased to continue collaborating with Comline Group and to recognise its evident dedication to quality management and continuous improvement. The recertification to ISO 9001:2015 affirms that Comline consistently maintains high standards of performance, customer focus, and process excellence.”
The recertification reinforces Comline Group’s position as a trusted global supplier, proving that customers receive consistently high-quality products and services backed by documented processes.
