DENSO updates League of True Mechanics training platform

Thousands of technicians from throughout Europe will be delighted to learn that DENSO has once again brought several new modules and interactive technical training opportunities into its highly respected League of True Mechanics (LOTM) online portal.

The LOTM initiative is evolving to promote educational excellence and make technical information easier to access. Modules are now divided under their product category for simplified navigation, with an icon clearly indicating whether a module is part of the LOTM competition.

The e-learning programme provides detailed technical information based on study material, followed by final exams. Users may encounter a spinning D-coin during the module, which reveals a mini quiz offering an extra point for a correct answer. Completion of a course allows users to download a final certificate and collect points, defining their status as a DENSO Beginner, Advanced, or Master.

Newly added modules focus on the latest vehicle technology, with hybrid and battery electric vehicle (BEV) related courses growing in number. These provide users with the skills, tips, and safety measures necessary to work on these vehicles with confidence. Further modules concentrating on heat pumps and BEV thermal management will also be added.

The www.denso-technic.com homepage has been improved with short course descriptions and a simplified registration form.

The LOTM competition is open to any professional technician. Regional winners will advance to a final draw to define the overall European LOTM champion, who will claim the $\text{\euro}2,000$ top prize.

Tereza Čechová, Marketing & Communications and Project Lead of LOTM portal, said: “It’s important to state that registration and access to all the technical information in our e-learning courses is completely free of charge. This is part of our ongoing effort to position DENSO as a leader in aftermarket education and in delivering technical knowledge to a broader audience, and this e-learning portal, currently available in more than 20 language versions, will also help strengthen brand awareness and enhance DENSO’s visibility across European markets.”
