Eurorepar network launches Total Loss Avoidance scheme

New programme helps garages save vehicles from being written off by offering additional parts discounts

Eurorepar network launches Total Loss Avoidance scheme

The Eurorepar Car Service Network (ERCS) has introduced Distrigo’s Total Loss Avoidance (TLA) programme to help members keep more vehicles on the road. The scheme is designed to address cases where a vehicle’s repair costs would typically lead to it being declared a write-off by an insurer.

Under the programme, when a repair reaches a critical cost threshold, Distrigo’s specialist team assesses the case. They can then apply additional discounts on Eurorepar parts to lower the overall repair bill.

“This programme represents a significant boost for our repairer network,” said Neil Gibbs, Head of ERCS. “By offering additional support at the critical decision point, we’re helping bodyshops retain work that would otherwise be lost while providing vehicle owners with a cost-effective path to getting their cars back on the road.”

Parts supplied through the TLA scheme also qualify for the Distrigo PERKS Programme, allowing ERCS bodyshops to earn points while accessing cost-effective, high-quality repair solutions.

Gibbs explained that the programme is “multiple layers of benefits for bodyshops in our network,” and that it is “about strengthening the entire support ecosystem for our ERCS network members, through our OEM backing.”

All parts used in the programme come with a two-year warranty. The scheme has been operational for several weeks and is already helping participating bodyshops retain work and provide a repair option to customers.
