NTN joins the Independent Automotive Aftermarket Federation

The Independent Automotive Aftermarket Federation (IAAF) has announced that NTN, a global designer, developer, and manufacturer of bearings and automotive components, is its newest member. This addition further expands the IAAF’s network of prominent suppliers within the automotive aftermarket.

NTN’s product range includes bearings, linear modules, constant velocity joints, encoders, tensioners, vehicle spare parts, maintenance products, and servicing solutions. The company is a key partner to numerous major automotive original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).

Through its dedicated SNR aftermarket brand, NTN provides solutions for the chassis, powertrain, and driveline. SNR products are utilised by various European and Asian vehicle brands and are designed to meet the needs of a significant portion of the market. The SNR aftermarket range includes wheel bearings, timing belt kits and components, timing chains, strut top mounts, shock absorbers, driveshafts, sensors, and gearbox bearings.

Chris Stokes, UK & Ireland Sales Manager – Automotive Aftermarket at NTN, highlighted the importance of joining the IAAF for collaboration within the UK aftermarket. He emphasised NTN’s commitment to being a positive and supportive presence in local markets and the value of working together to understand customer needs. Stokes believes IAAF membership will support NTN’s long-term goal of actively contributing to the growth of the independent automotive aftermarket in the UK.
