Power-TEC introduces new PDR lever bar for controlled dent removal

Power-TEC has expanded its range of Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) tools with the launch of its new Lever Pulling Bar with Aluminium Pad Puller (part number 92730).

This tool is designed to provide bodyshop professionals and PDR specialists with controlled pulling force for various dent repairs, all while preserving the vehicle’s original paint finish.

The 660mm leverage bar is intended for use with a hot glue-based PDR process. It’s suitable for addressing dents on panels, doors, bonnets, and other vehicle bodywork. The tool features a pivoting rubber foot pad for stable support and a ball-jointed, height-adjustable pad holder that ensures smooth and accurate pulling action.

A key aspect of this bar is its adjustable lifting point, offering 250mm of fore and aft movement. This allows operators to precisely control the amount and direction of force, enabling fine adjustments for shallow dents or more assertive leverage for deeper indentations.

The tool comes as a complete kit, including six assorted glue puller pads and a 125mm straight pad holder. This makes it compatible with existing PDR equipment, such as the Power-TEC Gluematic Glue Gun (part number 91237) and glue sticks (part number 92342).

The Power-TEC Lever Pulling Bar aims to deliver professional results with precise control and minimal surface disruption for both minor creases and more significant panel dents. It’s now available from local Power-TEC suppliers.
