ZF Aftermarket UK has introduced ZF MultiScan, a new digital platform designed to improve workshop efficiency by providing access to previously restricted diagnostics. This system allows workshops to read over 35,000 different vehicle systems from a wide range of manufacturers.
ZF MultiScan aims to simplify the technician’s role by offering comprehensive multi-brand diagnostic solutions for passenger cars, trucks, trailers, and buses. It is designed for seamless integration into various workshop environments, from small garages to large tyre centres, maintaining consistent standards. The platform provides reliable troubleshooting through secure OEM access and advanced calibration resolutions.
Mark Hallam, Head of Marketing UK & Ireland at ZF Aftermarket, stated that ZF MultiScan is a crucial part of their new technical support offerings. He highlighted that diagnostic reports, once prohibited, can now be universally accessed. The system will receive continuous monthly updates to ensure support for the latest diagnostic protocols and real-time precision.
ZF MultiScan’s extensive vehicle database provides workshops with full access to various vehicles and systems. It features Secure Gateway Access, allowing technicians a single sign-in to unlock OEM-blocked ECUs for advanced diagnostics. The platform also supports tyre centres, helping them expand their service capabilities.
Workshops can experience ZF MultiScan through a four-week free trial. This platform is part of ZF’s broader digital transformation initiative, providing the aftermarket with advanced solutions to meet evolving demands in the mobility sector.
