Supertracker is launching its next-generation CCD system at Automechanika UK 2025, held from 3 – 5 June in Birmingham. The new STR130 TC and STR420 TC, available as 6 or 8 sensor CCD wheel alignment systems, will be showcased at Straightset’s stand X78 in Hall 18.
Since acquiring Supertracker in 2022, Straightset has driven innovation in its wheel alignment range.
Andrew Bates, Managing Director of Straightset, stated, “This launch is all about listening to our customers and delivering a smarter, faster and more flexible alignment solution tailored for the modern workshop.” He added, “By reducing the footprint of the system and integrating a handheld tablet for readings right at the vehicle, we’re offering a space-saving and convenient option, without compromising on accuracy or performance.”
Key product benefits include:
- A robust WindowsTab tablet with a magnetic case for secure mounting and instant data access.
- A compact, cabinet-free design to reduce workshop floor footprint and improve mobility.
- Availability with 6 or 8 sensor technology for precise alignment.
- New, larger hangers capable of handling rim sizes up to 27” as standard.
- The signature Supertracker ‘hang on’ system for safe alignment without rim damage.
The STR130 TC and STR420 TC will officially debut at Automechanika Birmingham 2025 on Tuesday, 3 June. Live demonstrations and exclusive pre-order opportunities will be available at the Straightset stand. Bates noted that traditional CCD systems often take up valuable floor space due to static PCs and printers, emphasising that this innovation provides a convenient, space-saving solution without compromising precision.
