ZF Aftermarket demonstrates full-service solutions at Automechanika Birmingham 2025

ZF Aftermarket made a significant impression at Automechanika Birmingham 2025, presenting its comprehensive aftermarket solutions. The stand featured engaging displays, practical technology demonstrations, and highlighted the company’s focus on supporting independent workshops as the industry evolves.

Showcasing leading brands like Lemförder, Sachs, TRW, and WABCO, ZF Aftermarket demonstrated complete solutions beyond just products. Live demonstrations of ZF [pro]Manager and ZF [pro]Diagnostics were particularly popular, allowing visitors to experience how these digital tools streamline diagnostics, job management, and customer communication.

Brake Engineering’s remanufactured brake calipers were also prominently featured, recognised for their OE-matching quality and environmental benefits. As sustainability gains importance, these remanufactured options offer workshops a responsible and cost-effective choice without compromising performance.

Electrification, ADAS, and technical training were central themes, underscoring ZF’s commitment to equipping garages with the necessary tools and knowledge for the changing automotive landscape.

Mark Hallam, Head of Marketing UK&I, France & Benelux at ZF Group, commented: “Automechanika Birmingham was a fantastic opportunity to demonstrate how we’re supporting the aftermarket at every level… The conversations we had, the feedback we received, and the number of [pro]Tech Start sign-ups all confirmed that our message of practical innovation really hit home.”

ZF [pro]Diagnostics and ZF [pro]Manager form a cohesive digital ecosystem designed to simplify workshop operations. [pro]Diagnostics covers over 35,000 systems with remote support, while [pro]Manager streamlines scheduling, invoicing, and online bookings.

The event also served as a launchpad for many workshops to join ZF [pro]Tech Start, a free technical support platform offering direct access to installation guides, service information, and training from the OE manufacturer. ZF Aftermarket’s presence at Automechanika Birmingham underscored its commitment to being a future-focused partner for the independent aftermarket.
