    Has anyone ever been fined £1000 for no MOT.
    Vehicle standards and driving standards have declined over the past few years and nobody seems to care about it.
    More spot checks and on the spot fines required, then put that money back into the area the offence was committed for road improvements.
    We could even use the fuel tax and the road fund tax for that, have they thought of that one?
