    Hard to look into what can be causing red or amber RAG rating when the reasons are not given and if it’s a testers rating then that can’t be seen by management even though the AE can face punishment.

    Great but garage A and garage B are 2 miles from the north sea
    So every car they get is rusty

    Garage C and D are either end of Cornation Street, so every car
    They get has blown bulbs.

    Garage E and F are next to inland oil refinary so every car is
    Rotten metal and perished tyres
