So did the police fine the driver? As this could have ended with lives being lost due to an un-road worthy vehicle. Surely this should carry a higher fine and punishment then speeding?
That tyre was clearly bald and the driver clearly does not do routine checks.
This is becoming a frequent sight on our roads. And to think we are not a third world country.

In this modern times in the UK I see more and more people stretching their budgets to get a car out of their payroll just to keep up with the trend. And when these high end vehicles require repairs they simply don’t have the funds to keep them safely on the road. I’ve seen some very nice expensive models wearing 4 different brand budget tyres. Says it all when you see the driver wearing a pair of £150 Nike trainers. 🙁

This very interesting, but how many charging bays are being applied to each store? As on average most people spend around 45 minutes shopping. So my point is you would need at least 20 bays.
And lets not forget that electricity comes from power stations, unless this is all wind powered electricity?.
I see Tesco jumping on this so as they can get in first to market and win over customers. It works with the supermarket petrol stations with lower fuel prices and discount vouchers.
Just a last thought what would stop a non shopper just using to top up?
    Rant over lol

How stupid can this person be!!! They should be fined for this careless act. I dread to think of the cost to the system if a high speed accident had happened. Not alone the lives lost.
