Autoinform Live helps bolster profitability, OESAA Garage Forum member says

Original Equipment Suppliers Aftermarket Association (OESAA) Garage Forum member, John Donnellan, has recommended technicians and garage owners take advantage of the “invaluable technical and business training” available at Autoinform Live Dublin, so they too can strengthen their customer service and profitability.

John has attended every Autoinform since 2015, both in the UK and Ireland, and continues to be inspired by what new and engaging messages original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and industry ambassadors have to reveal.

He said: “As a garage owner, I need to be updated on current and new products, training on correct repair procedures, tips and tricks from OEMs, which I can take back to the workshop, share with my staff and be confident that what we’re doing is correct.”

John also paid tribute to OESAA and its members for continuing to create fresh and captivating material, keeping their fingers on the pulse.

He also held special praise for the industry speakers who presented in Wolverhampton back in November: “The likes of Dave Massey, Hayley Pells and Frank Massey’s seminars on Euro 6 SCR AdBlue, EV pathways and common rail were terrific, and I look forward to watching more speakers in Dublin, as all garages look to bolster customer service and improve profits – something we’re working very hard to achieve at Donnellan Autos.”

David, Hayley and Frank will be returning to the RDS, while the likes of James Dillon, Andy Savva and Tom Denton are among the expert speakers also on the bill. Of course, OESAA members are all eager and raring to go as well.

John has circled the dates of the 2 and 3 April on his calendar and is offering tickets and accommodation to all his staff, such is his determination to involve his team: “To get so much product information and training in such a short period of time is invaluable – it would be a shame not to take advantage, especially as I’ve learned something new every time.”
