First Line unveils fresh look for online catalogue

First Line has unveiled a new look for its online catalogue, WebCat, offering customers an enhanced user experience with improved functionality as part of its commitment to supporting its distributors.

With WebCat, customers can look-up more than 40,000 references, across 60 different product groups, for around 1.5 million applications, including passenger cars, LCVs and HGVs.

New and updated features of WebCat include a redesigned product menu layout for improved efficiency and a new-to-range page to show new products as soon as they are released and available to purchase.

For authorised users, new features include live pricing and stock availability, improved shopping basket functionality, visibility of previous orders, plus a new bulk upload option for stock orders via CSV to speed up the ordering process.

Kevin Neaverson, global sales director for First Line said: “Our new WebCat has been enhanced to offer users a better overall experience, with greater levels of functionality over the current version.

“We’re delighted to offer a catalogue solution that goes above and beyond for our customers, and we will continue to invest to provide the high level of customer service that people have come to expect.”

“All of the features of WebCat have been designed to ensure a quick, reliable and easy process for distributors to find and order the parts they need, which is extremely important to our customers in today’s world of needing everything here and now.”
