Maximum points for Lucas Oil’s Lynch

Retro Rallycross driver Tony Lynch swept to victory in all three heats as well as the final in both rounds of the 2022 Championship, staged at the Pembrey Circuit in Wales last weekend.

A clean sweep for the Toyota MR2 in all eight races followed a first podium of the season in the previous round.

Spectacular results on both days mean that the Lucas Oil-sponsored driver and his Landsail Tyres Motorsport Team Geriatric are top of the leader board by 12 points after 4 rounds.

Dan Morgan, director of sales and operations for Lucas Oil Products (UK) said: “It’s a fantastic set of results.

“What a statement for the rest of the season. What a statement about the quality of the Lucas Oil brand.”

The teams’ car is a rebuilt MR2 that runs on Lucas Oil’s 20w50 engine oil.

Lucas Oil heavy duty engine oil stabilizer provides additional protection against the engine wear that would otherwise be experienced during a tough season of racing.

That gives the team consistency of performance around the circuits.

Other products from the range include 75×90 synthetic gear oil, brake cleaner and slick mist polish that delivers a forecourt shine.
