Polybush solves problem of Range Rover and Discovery 5 bush failure

Premature failure of the front lower arm bush is a common and costly problem on the Range Rover (L405), Range Rover Sport (L494) and Land Rover Discovery 5. Fortunately, Polybush offers an affordable solution.

Dealing with some of the largest Land Rover specialists in the country, the company grasped the opportunity to manufacture a solution for the popular Range Rover and Discovery models.

Frustratingly for owners, the problem on the Range Rover (L405), Range Rover Sport (L494) and Discovery 5, is the front lower arm bush, which consistently fails at very low mileage – even between 10,000 and 30,000 miles.

As the bush is not available as a single item, the only option is to replace the front lower arm in its entirety, which is time-consuming for garages and costly for customers.

That’s where Polybush comes in.

Polybush’s replacement part the 1DU removes the failure point in the OEM bush. The part utilises high-grade polyurethane to deliver improved handling, enhanced braking, and less wear on the tyres, while being unaffected by oil, fuel and road salts.
