With an infographic outlining the core process of remanufacturing a caliper and technical features addressing key issues garages face in the ‘Ask Technical’ feature, the company is using the newsletter to promote its expertise widely.

Brake Engineering’s new online marketing shop portal also features in the newsletter, explaining how it has launched a range of marketing literature and merchandise including mugs, pens, jackets, pop-ups and brochures, all of which feature the new branding.

Customers are also given the chance to win five softshell Brake Engineering jackets in a competition on the final page of Braking News.

Kevin Price, Brake Engineering marketing manager, said: “Braking News receives a lot of interest from our customer base and in the latest issue we were keen to introduce technical support, such as outlining the reasons for master cylinder failure and brake judder.

“The newsletter gives us the opportunity to give something back to the customer and we will continue to produce them on a quarterly basis throughout the year.”
