ECC Motor Factors of West Yorkshire, recently celebrated forty years of trading; having earlier this year added a new Ford Transit Courier to its delivery vehicle fleet, Banner was again on hand to share in ECC’s celebrations.
In addition to offering customers the chance to win prizes totaling over £3,000, the Elland based motor factor presented local Overgate Hospice with a cheque for £200; having collected £100 from garage customers ECC agreed to match the amount.
Commenting on the celebrations, ECC’s founder and director, Nev Sutcliffe said: “We are delighted to have achieved such a great milestone, during which time we have helped keep the wheels of Calderdale on the move.
“I would like to thank all of our customers for their involvement, and many of our suppliers who agreed to donate some of the prizes on offer.
Bucking the trend
“It was also a great delight to continue our support of Overgate Hospice, which is a really great cause.”
Established in 1977, ECC Motor Factors today stands as a one-stop-shop for independent garages and bodyshops.
Bucking the traditional trend within the UK aftermarket, the company has a workforce that is currently 75 per cent female and supplies a product range that centres on filters, braking, lubricants, steering and suspension, body panels, radiators, batteries, fuel tanks and sumps, lights and mirrors.
