Aftermarket Magazine’s Top Technician competition has recognised Shaun Miller as a runner-up in the competition.
Open to independent, fast fit and franchised dealer technicians, the competition is designed to pit technicians against each other in a number of challenges that test their knowledge and skills.
The winner of Top Technician 2017 was announced at a full-day training event that included both practical and classroom based sessions, called ‘Top Technician Live’, on Saturday, 16 September.
Test of skill
Runner-up Shaun received a £500 cheque from Aftermarket, as well as a mix of garage equipment and advertising support for the garage business.
Shaun Miller, workshop manager at Millers Garage said: “Every tech should enter this as no matter what the result is, you get to see where your skill level is at and how to improve.
“The competition was tough, so I’m delighted to be named as the runner-up.”
