Comline highlights steering and suspension parts for Tesla Model S

Comline Auto Parts offers a wide range of steering and suspension components for the Tesla Model S.

Tesla’s first mass-market all-electric car was launched in 2012. While advances in battery technology have evolved – and continue to – the Model S is still a UK favourite. In 2022, in what was a record year for used battery electric cars in the UK, more than 3500 were sold, according to the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT).

With Model S vehicles increasingly likely to enter independent workshops for repair or servicing, Comline is keen to emphasise its steering and suspension range for the electric vehicle.

Within the range are seven track control arm references (CCA1418L, CCA1419L, CCA1420L, CCA2418R, CCA2419R, CCA2420R and CCA3083), three stabiliser links (CSL5124, CSL6124 and CSL7335) and one tie rod end (CTRE4028).

Increase in pothole breakdowns

This announcement is also prevalent considering the RAC’s announcement that patrols attended nearly a quarter more breakdowns where potholes were most likely to blame in the final months of 2022, compared to the previous three months.

It’s a horrible jolt for motorists; hitting a pothole can leave their vehicle with nothing more than a bump or it can cause severe damage to suspension components.

Comline track control arms are manufactured using ISO-approved techniques for consistent, long-lasting performance in all conditions. Meanwhile, stabiliser links and tie rod ends are supplied with all the relevant accessories for an easy, ‘fit-and-forget’ fitment.
