Crypton releases new laser-aimed headlamp aligner

Garage equipment specialist, Crypton, a brand of Continental, has launched an innovative new laser-aimed headlamp aligner into the market.

DVSA-approved and manufactured to the highest standards, the aligner enables headlamp checks to be carried out with ease.

The rail-mounted design allows for smooth movement left and right, while its wide and clearly marked display screen allows MOT engineers to easily read results from a distance.

By utilising laser-aim technology, the new aligner provides fast and precise readings every time.

Having correctly aligned headlamps is a key part of staying safe on the road, and Crypton’s highly accurate aligner helps to ensure that cars, motorcycles, light commercial vehicles and HGVs are up to the mark.

Other features include foot control, xenon light compatibility, a counter-balance optical box, and two rail length options for cars (3m) and HGVs (4.3m). Plus, the new jet-black appearance blends in perfectly with other workshop equipment.

Stuart Clarke, product manager at Crypton, said: “Providing our customers with forward-thinking products is always our top priority, and our latest headlamp aligner is no exception.

“The updated aligner has been developed with the user in mind, including a new laser-aim feature, allowing both precision and simplicity of use.

“With a robust design and xenon light suitability, garages and MOT centres can be safe in the knowledge that an investment in Crypton equipment provides both a future-proof solution, and a clear return on investment.”
