A partnership between Lucas Oil and three leading suppliers of essential motorsport parts, equipment and accessories will make race days less expensive and more competitive for drivers and small racing teams when the racing season returns.
AE Motorsport, Demon Tweeks and Serck Motorsport will supply the US manufacturer’s leading brands of racing oils, additives and workshop lubricants at discount prices to members of its UK-based Lucas Oil Racer Discount Club.
Santa Pod Racing’s Pod Shop will also be supporting the move, which is good news for dragster racers and ‘run what you brung’ enthusiasts.
Although lockdown regulations have interrupted the motor racing season, Lucas Oil has revised its LORDC programme in anticipation of a planned debut as the exclusive oil and additives brand for the 2020 British Drifting Championship.
As part of that agreement, the Lucas Oil brand will have a strong presence in terms of trackside media advertising, posters, flyers, videos and podcasts, as well as coverage on social media.
Dan Morgan, director of sales and operations for Lucas Oil Products in the UK, EU and RU said: “LORDC is the centrepiece of our BDC event promotion and support plans.
“The BDC is the one of the UK’s fastest growing motorsports disciplines.
“It is an ideal platform to promote our brand and our agreement with these three new distributors will significantly extend our reach and availability to more consumers as well as other trade markets,” he adds.
