Rapid expansion sees WhoCanFixMyCar.com move to bigger offices

Online car garage and repair marketplace, WhoCanFixMyCar.com has been celebrating its recent move to new offices overlooking the iconic River Tyne in Newcastle.

WhoCanFixMyCar.com was founded in the city eight years ago by Al Preston and Ian Griffiths and now connects  connecting more than 12,000 garage and repair centres with drivers around the UK.

Due to the continued impressive growth of the online automotive marketplace, the company says the move to bigger and better premises was necessary to accommodate ongoing hiring plans.

WhoCanFixMyCar.com has been rapidly expanding since 2013 and now employs nearly 40 staff across Newcastle and London.

The site has more than one million users and recently processed more than 170,000 quotes through the site in one month.

Ian Griffiths, co-founder of WhoCanFixMyCar.com said: “We are incredibly excited not only to have the opportunity to move into these new offices, but for the move to be as a result of continued growth.

“We’ve been able to put ourselves in a fantastic position locally to build up more community links and plan to continue expanding in Newcastle, recruiting great local talent.”
