A man in his thirties has been arrested for driving a Range Rover with a missing tyre. Police were alerted when smoke was seen coming from the vehicle.
The driver was arrested on suspicion of driving dangerously and driving while under the influence of alcohol. Cocaine was also found in the vehicle, while officers added that the arrest was linked to drugs and a large quantity of cash found at a nearby shop.
A passenger, also from Gloucester, was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply class A and B drugs.
