The Independent Automotive Aftermarket Federation (IAAF) has welcomed the United Aftermarket Network (UAN) and its membership of 170 factors into the trade association.
Phil Dodd, UAN managing director, said: “The IAAF offers UAN members countless advantages, such as updates on the latest legislation and supports our expertise in helping them add value to the service they provide to customers.”
The UAN will now have access to the federation’s services such as an Alternative Dispute Resolution scheme.
Wendy Williamson, IAAF chief executive, said: “I’m delighted to welcome UAN as a member.
“We will work with them year on year to ensure we consistently provide useful insights and knowledge concerning the independent aftermarket for the benefit of individual member businesses.”
