WhoCanFixMyCar.com (WCFMC) has created an exclusive Garage community page on Facebook.

Garages who are signed up to the platform are encouraged to network online by providing help and support to their own peers.

In a statement, WCFMC said: “Team work and communication are absolutely vital for success in any walk of life, whether it’s an elite sports team or small business, being able to share advice and offer support is crucial for achieving individual and collective goals.

“To drive universal change in an entire industry, everybody involved needs to learn about best practices, keep up to date with innovation and share advice as often as possible.”

In the automotive industry in the UK, the amount of collective knowledge is immense as thousands of technicians continuously improve skills, knowledge and standards every day.

Online support

Everyday there are questions posted into the group by mechanics which are enthusiastically answered by other professionals.

WCFMC is also able to communicate with its members quickly and effectively meaning garages receive the best support possible.

League tables showcasing the best performing garages are also published regularly to demonstrate the success the community as a whole.

WCFMC say healthy competition is vital for improvement in any industry sector and its garage community page is “proving to be a catalyst for such growth”.

The online business hopes the group continues to act as a conduit for technicians as its early success goes from strength to strength in helping the best garages win more work.
