A motorist, who passed their test in November last year, was caught driving a car with it’s front tyre missing.
The damaged Peugeot was also missing the front panel on the driver’s side and what appeared to be internal leads were dangling on the road.

Pembrokeshire Roads Policing Unit posted images of the vehicle online, commenting: “Driver, who only passed their test in November, reported y’day evening for driving a vehicle in a dangerous condition, with no insurance or M.O.T.
“And yes, it was being driven in that condition on public roads,” along with the hash tags “vehicle disclaimed” and “need we say more”.
Police also found remnants of the tyre inside the car.
