Kyle Burke and Jeff Smith recently bought and refurbished Westbury Garage in South West London following the success of their first workshop, Eagle Autos, which was signed up to WhoCanFixMyCar.com (WCFMC) in 2015.
With over 250 jobs won through the platform, Kyle and Jeff have been able to complement their hard work with added revenue.
“I have been working in garages since the age of 16 so it’s all I know”, begins Kyle.
“My whole working life has been spent in this industry so it’s great to be at the point where I run two garages.
“Having Eagle Autos on WCFMC allowed us to increase our annual revenue from around £85,000 to £300,000.”
Kyle is the latest in a long line of owners to have run the Westbury Garage.
The added benefit of customer reviews has also had an impact on the business.
“The reviews that our customers leave us on WCFMC are also incredibly important to us, as they help us win work.
“New drivers tell us that they chose our garage after reading what other motorist have to say, which is fantastic to hear as a business owner.”
Kyle said the WCFMC platform has been vital to the success he has enjoyed.
Refurbished and fitted with new ramps, the workshop is once more fit for purpose.
“We’re excited about the future as there is a lot of potential in the business and we knew we would be able to make the garage successful as we had already won so much work through WCFMC.
“We have only been open for a week but we have already won five jobs through the platform, it makes a massive difference as we are able to start making money immediately.
“Getting Westbury signed up to WCFMC was the first step to getting the business going.”
Despite the garage being open for a week, Kyle is already planning future expansion.
“I’m really enjoying building my business and am looking to get bigger and bigger.
“In a few years, I want to be turning over around half a million.”
