Plymouth factor celebrates new Banner van wrap

A striking van wrap is being used to drive home the developing association between leading European O/E battery manufacturer, Banner, and Plymouth-based Alan Skuse Car, Van & Truck Parts Ltd – a leading independent distributor of automotive parts and accessories.

Set to become a familiar sight amongst garage customers in Plymouth, South Hams and East Cornwall, the new co-branded van wrap features Banner’s iconic ‘Wall Street’ bull and the familiar branding of GA member Alan Skuse.

Renowned for providing a fast and efficient delivery service of more than 15,000 off-the-shelf and immediately available parts, the latest Banner branded van joins an Alan Skuse 33-strong delivery fleet.

Established in 1978, the business today remains a totally independent and family run concern and one that has built its reputation on providing a professional and personal service to its customers.

From its head office in Plymouth and four satellite depots, Alan Skuse has on hand a knowledgeable and friendly team who pride themselves on ‘getting it right first time and every time.’

Banner, director Matt Skuse said: “We’ve been a Banner battery stockist now for four years and as the van wrap demonstrates the relationship is going from strength-to-strength.

“We wanted to work with Banner as they are an accomplished and widely recognised O/E supplier to the likes of BMW, Volkswagen, Porsche, Aston Martin, Morgan, Daimler and Volvo.

“They offer an extensive product range that is unquestionably of the highest quality, which is manifested by extremely low warranty returns.”

As Banner’s Country Manager, Lee Quinney adds: “In developing our relationship with Alan Skuse, Banner has been able to secure a significant increase in market penetration within what is a strategically important territory.

“We are confident that the visual presence of the van wrap will only serve to promote our association with them moving forwards.”
