Euro Car Parts expands Starline range

LKQ Euro Car Parts has enhanced its product offering for independent garages by taking its Starline brand into the electrics and wiper blades categories.

Customers of LKQ Euro Car Parts can now enjoy a comprehensive range of Starline electrical components – as the HAAS range is effectively re-branded – including ignition coils, EGR valves and engine sensors, for most of the UK car parc.

They can also now choose from Starline’s new, market-leading range of flat and universal wiper blades, which covers 96 per cent of passenger and utility vehicles in the UK.

With an estimated 15 million wiper blades sold in the aftermarket every year, Starline’s OE-quality range is tested and assured so that garages can fit them with confidence and access a proven product at the right price, every time.

Originally a steering and suspension brand, Starline has been at the forefront of the automotive industry for more than 20 years, earning a solid reputation as a go-to for workshops.

Colin Cottrell, marketing director at LKQ Euro Car Parts, said: “The Starline brand never stands still and is constantly evolving, with a focus on research and development both to enhance existing products and launch new ones.

“As vehicles become more and more sophisticated, they have increasingly specific requirements when it comes to servicing both inside and out. Expanding our Starline range will help the garages we support to meet these requirements every time, and to be able to offer their customers a trusted branded alternative, at a great price.

“Using our best-known brands to provide options tailored to every budget reflects our ‘good, better, best’ offering. This helps garages to empower customers to make their own decisions when it comes to their vehicles, and is an important way for them to drive loyalty and trust.”

The Starline range was established in 1999 and today includes more than 35,000 products, covering more than 90% of spare parts for passenger vehicles.

THESE HAVE TO BE THE WORST QUALITY PARTS I HAVE EVER COME ACCORSS, WE HAVE HAD BUSHES FALLING OUT OF SUSPENSION ARMS, BALL JOINTS PILLED FROM THEIR SOCKETS AND ANTI ROLL BAR LINKS WEAR OUT AFTER 2 MONTHS, SORRY BUT WHATEVER YOU SAY, THESE MICKEY MOUSE PARTS DO NOT MEET EXPECTED STANDARDS, ALONG WITH A LOT OF ECP PARTS, AS A GARAGE OWNER, I REFUSE TO USE ECP AS A SUPPLIER DUE TO QUALITY AND THEIR PARTS ARE SUPPLIED WRONG AT A PERCENTAGE THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE

Agree with the comments, these parts are only suitable for chucking in the scrap pile, Eurocarparts sell absolute rubbish, their warranty isn’t worth the paperwork and they take full advantage of it being difficult to claim for any damage caused to customers vehicles from their faulty or incorrectly supplied parts. I’ve been told they even add in the business account terms and conditions a get out of paying under circumstances where their parts are at fault which you have to accept to be given an account. I don’t use them for anything but unfortunately my work does so I’m forced to fit garbage like star line then fit again after 3 months when the original one failed…
