TEXA’s top-of-the-range diagnostic tablet AXONE Nemo has received the PTEN Innovation Award dedicated to the heavy duty category at internationally renowned trade fair dedicated to the automotive aftermarket, AAPEX Show in Las Vegas.
The jury, consisting of journalists of the prestigious PTEN magazine and technicians, considered the features of AXONE Nemo to be extraordinary, starting from its magnesium chassis, which makes the product tough and robust, but also lightweight and able to dissipate heat more easily.
Besides its ruggedness, certified to military standards and enhanced by the tough “Gorilla Glass”, the jury emphasised the innovative solution represented by the interchangeable additional modules, which allow expanding the potential and functionality of the tool in real time.
The jury also appreciated the software that runs AXONE Nemo, the renowned IDC5 by TEXA, fully developed by the engineers in the research and development department and able to operate on heavy duty vehicles worldwide.
Bruno Vianello, founder and president of TEXA, said: “So far we had won innovation awards in many other countries of the world, but never in the United States, a market that we look at with great interest and that is providing us with beautiful satisfactions.
“Having imposed the TEXA technology also in this great nation is for me reason of satisfaction and great pride for the work done by all the extraordinary people of our company.”
