VARTA UK, the automotive battery producer, has launched a Facebook page to add to the levels of assistance and support they offer to customers.

The company is urging garages and technicians to like the new page and connect to the world of the manufacturer of Automotive Batteries, remaining up to date with everything that involves VARTA.

The Facebook page holds a wealth of battery information and news from the industry, as well as some lighthearted content to test visitors’ battery knowledge.

You can visit the new page here and decide whether to ‘Like’ or ‘Follow’ the VARTA page.

The introduction of Facebook comes in addition to the already launched VARTA Battery World – an online library of how-to guides, tips and tricks and best practice for battery testing and replacement.

VARTA says its Battery World site can be a useful tool for any workshop carrying out battery replacements, with easy-to-access step by step guides and videos.

The site and new Facebook page will offer advice on how to become start-stop ready and a battery expert.

For more information on fitting instructions, sourcing battery location on the vehicle and fitting times per-vehicle make and model, sign up to the industry online tool, the VARTA Partner Portal.

Access to the VARTA Partner Portal is available via all internet-enabled devices; after one-off registration, each workshop employee has free and unlimited access, so technicians can ensure the correct battery is installed quicker and without issue.

Visit VARTA’s Facebook page and find out more about their battery supply and support services by clicking ‘more details’ below.
