V-Tech has announced that from April 2017 it will be offering five year warranty as standard on MOT bays.
V-Tech originated to supply handheld diagnostic systems in the early 2000s, and has grown to become a national supplier and installer of a wide range of garage equipment.
“The new five year warranty will cover all complete class 4 and 7 MOT bay projects with four post lifts,” said Chris Phipps, head of sales for V-Tech UK Ltd.
“We’re in a position to do this because our products are of high quality and 100 per cent European – everything we sell, we can support.”
V-Tech offer a range of customer care services; this covers the full project scope, from planning assistance and CAD workshop design, through to installation and aftersales care.
Service and maintenance is carried out by V-Tech’s own national fleet of engineers.
“What we don’t want to see is garages risking reliability or safety,” continued Chris.
“High quality European-manufactured equipment costs little or no more from V-Tech and the new five year MOT bay warranty just layers on added peace of mind.”
V-Tech recommends buying only from experienced suppliers, as emerging brands are often not worth the risk.
All the equipment featured on its website is also VOSA approved.
V-Tech’s lean route to market sees most sales made direct to garages, with developing reseller business only through a carefully managed network.
