Nobody understands that’s it is no longer a battery, switch, fuse if your lucky then lightbulb.Computer a talks to computer b, which talks to computer c
Which works a mechanical solenoid, to raise the hid bulb up/down
Which is nothing more than an arc lamp invented by the VictoriansOver on DK Liteace cant get scope pattern for some junk, nobody has it.
You need to reference it.Scope is great used before connect direct to battery crank, watch it dip to 8volt for split second and umpteen canbus codes afterwards

BlockedSorry, you said “retail” for a piece of garage Equipment,
Thats like saying. “The local hospital has a new x-ray machine which
They brought at full retail price”. Inc VAT or excluded VAT?As bad as Halfrauds – “trade only deal with trade card”
“Retails at £xxxx trade card only £xxx”Like all diagnostics machines are they backwards compatible?
You spend £3000+VAT on a new machine, nobody knows how to work it.
If it does include a training course its the boss that goes on it, still has no idea how to work it, then tells you after you told customer go to dealer it DOES have that special function! The first job you get is a 1982 ford capri with a battery light on dim
And no indicators but has hazards!November 30, 2020 at 9:55 pm in reply to: Thousands of cars for sale online with ‘hidden past’, investigation reveals #204861Meat-Head
BlockedOk so those that follow ‘peterstopcrime’ on tw@tter will know he is on the ball.
Going the other way, have seen this happen before where
Mummy and daddy buy Tarquin a ‘run around’ spanking new
Audi a5 for his 18th birthday.Naturally he’s doing donuts in Sainsburys carpark in the ice
(Only toff’s go to Tesco) he is there for two hours, even on the redline in reverse, he drives off normal Sensible speed and whack he smacks
The kerb on the way out, takes wishbone out and pops driveshaft out the gear box.He has had it 6 months so mummy and daddy decide the car is now too okd, so buy him another. Does that car required ‘write off status’?
Err no, new wishbone refill gearbox safe as before!

Tighten all the wheel nuts up on the first ten.Do we know if these are electric vehicles or diesel?

November 19, 2020 at 6:40 pm in reply to: Dealer told to pay extra £146,000 on top of original £154,000 order for clocking cars #204246Meat-Head
BlockedMost odd. You only just to have a look around the internet
To find lots and lots of cars have incorrect mileage.Quite often cars less than a year old. My advice would be to
Back up the milage of your car often, then if you find it incorrect
And the milage has jumped higher than it should at least you have a backupThat way saves manually editing 16 locations in and eeprom and having issues with the check sum. If you ever find your self stuck with check sum try 00 00.
For those car ‘designers’ eg BMW you could at least just put a 93C06
EEPROM in DIL socket holder on back of clocks, then have a second back up eeprom
On a circuit that is isolated until after 30 seconds of engine running. That way if the milage does become in correct you can get it very close to the correct milage.
Even your volvo with milage in doors & merc with milage in sests and battery terminals get incorrect.
To reset milage in battery terminal on merc, disconnect with engine running.

BlockedAnother dumb idea, stop start battery three times the price, then
Often find they are 3 hernias in weight compared to standard 1 hernia in weight. Then your double solenoid starter, just to save half a second cranking time.
To add to confusion on push button non start jobBad idea, whoever designed the technology- go clean 300 toilets.
