Carbon Clean Ltd, suppliers of carbon cleaning and DPF cleaning solutions, has announced the launch of a brand new product and the fourth in its rapidly growing range of carbon deposit removal machines, the HPCS-16 high pressure cleaning system.
The HPCS-16 utilises the latest developments and technology to offer the most effective and most cost-efficient part washing solution on the market for the busy garage or workshop.
The robust stainless-steel body houses a 70-litre detergent reservoir below the water table, allowing parts to be soaked as required.
The water and detergent mixture can be heated to set temperatures between 40-60degrees and deployed through the low-pressure fixed nozzle or the high-pressure gun.
The mixture is double filtered and recycled, keeping running costs for the operator as low as possible.
The powerful 3.7kw motor delivers 40-100bar offering powerful cleaning power, with two separate high-pressure air jets coming from the air gun and upper mounted air house, their adjustability allowing for hands-free operation.
It also features CE certified operator gloves which are 80cm in length and constructed from hard-wearing chemical-resistant Neoprene.
Finally, the machine is operated by a straight-forward control panel and a simple foot-switch.
A Carbon Clean spokesperson said: “It allows for effective and cost efficient parts cleaning, which in terms of the fast growing carbon cleaning industry, allows the operator to easily remove excess carbon deposits from all manner of engine components.
“For example, if an engine component is suffering from excessive carbon build up and it is at such a level that it needs manual removal, such as within the exhaust system or an intake manifold, the HPCS-16 offers the ideal easy to use and cost-effective solution.”
Carbon Clean also offer a number of supportive business plans for businesses looking to maximize their investment in its products, offering opportunities for businesses to join its network as Carbon Clean centres, mobile engineers and distributors.
