Aftermarket braking specialist TMD Friction has launched three new brake discs and eight new brake drums to its Mintex product range, extending its product lines to cover more vehicles.

Brake disc part MDC3010C provides a high-end aftermarket friction product for BMW 3 Series and 3 Series Touring vehicles (2019 model year onwards), with MDC3042C covering various Volkswagen Group cars, including Audi Q4 Sportback and Q4, Cupra BORN electric vehicles, Skoda ENYAQ iV Coupe and SUV, plus Volkswagen ID.4 and ID.5 cars (all 2020 model year onwards).

Eight new drum brakes have been added to the Mintex range for both passenger cars and commercial vehicles applications, for vehicles manufactured by Fiat, Hyundai, KIA, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Opel/Vauxhall, Renault, Scion, Suzuki and Toyota.

New Mintex brake discs, drums, pads and accessories are designed to meet the exacting demands of complex modern braking systems.

The latest expansion to the Mintex product line means that garages can offer renowned Mintex quality brake discs and drums across more vehicles than ever before.

Mintex braking products are engineered to provide friction stability, comfort and consistently high performance over a wide temperature range and stopping distances.

All the new references have been added to TecDoc and MAM cataloguing systems, and are also accessible via the online catalogue Brakebook, by entering the Mintex part number.

The expert search function also allows searching by product criteria such as width, height, thickness, drum diameter and many other criteria, making the identification of brake parts as easy as possible.

Mintex Brakebook allows users to create catalogues tailored to their individual requirements, whether for the entire product range, a selection of products or even for special models.
