National garage chain, Servicesure celebrated the expansion of successful member Solihull Vehicle Service Centre this month with an exciting open day attended by British darts champion Fallon Sherrock.

Solihull Vehicle Service Centre, now in its 13th year of trading, joined the Servicesure network in October 2019 and its open day follows a successful expansion into a second unit in December 2020.

Owners Elaine and Stephen Charles are supported by a team of five receptionists, 13 mechanics and daughter/manager Hannah Corcoran.

Owner Elaine Charles said: “Having Fallon here made it feel like a really special day and it’s this kind of support from Servicesure that makes us feel like we’re a part of a bigger team, even though we’re a family business.

“We’re in a fantastic location on the main route into Solihull and business has been continually increasing since we opened up the second site, which is opposite our original one where we still carry out MOTs, some servicing and tyre work.”

Fallon Sherrock, who became the first female to win a match in the PDC World Championships in 2019, met customers and staff at the garage, playing darts with them during the event.

Fallon said: “It was great to meet the team and their customers at Solihull Vehicle Service Centre to celebrate their increasing success with Servicesure.

“They made me feel at home straight away and you can see how they’ve become well-known in the area for great customer service and a centre that’s welcoming to everyone.

“I use my local Servicesure in Northampton regularly and it’s great to see more high-quality garages joining the network.”

Servicesure operates a network comprising more than 550 independent garages across England, Scotland and Wales, with all member garages adhering to strict levels of quality and service.

The Parts Alliance head of garage programmes Paul Dineen said: “It’s always special to see our Servicesure members flourishing and expanding their business, so we were delighted to have Fallon there with us to celebrate the opening of Solihull Vehicle Service Centre’s second site.

“This is a growing network of professional, welcoming and high-quality independent garages across the UK. Teams like Elaine’s are the driving force behind our success and the fantastic reputation our members have with the public, so we’re proud to see their continued success and wish them the very best of luck with this exciting new chapter.”

Any customer visiting a Servicesure garage benefits from national warranty on every repair and quality parts fitted by a team of dedicated, passionate professionals.
