A student has came up with a “creative way” to solve parking issues in Falmouth, Cornwall by choosing to share the space with a fellow resident, reports Pirate FM.
The mishap is thought to have happened as the driver of the automotic car might have mistaken the brake for the accelerator.
Eye witness, Mark Hemsworth, said: “A student was parking her car late at night into a space in Falmouth.
“The Mercedes is an automatic and she may have mistaken the brake for the accelerator.
“Next thing she knew, she had parked on the Saab behind her, she managed to climb out with the car perched on the bonnet of the Saab.”
He added that police intervened, calling for a recovery team to pull the car off the Saab and back down to ground level.
Fortunately, no injuries were sustained.
Mark continued: “The student was uninjured, just a unique way to solve the parking problems in Falmouth”.
