First Line flies flag for Oxfordshire with industry nomination

Oxfordshire-based First Line has been shortlisted for the ‘Supplier of the Year’ award at CAT Awards 2024.

Since the company moved to its head office in 2012, situated beside the M40 motorway at Banbury, its warehouse has expanded twice, with a new, additional warehouse opening in recent years to deliver more space.

In the past year, First Line has achieved remarkable milestones, including the introduction of innovative product lines and substantial expansions in warehousing to better serve market demands.

A testament to its innovation and market responsiveness is its new, surcharge-free CV joints and driveshaft range, introduced in 2023 after extensive market analysis.

With the company celebrating over 40 years of industry excellence last year, First Line continues to lead the way, ensuring that it is consistently first to market, meeting the evolving needs of an ever-growing vehicle parc.

Reflecting on the nomination, Dan Joyner, managing director of First Line, expressed his pride and gratitude: “Being nominated for the ‘Supplier of the Year’ at the CAT Awards is a remarkable honour. It’s a recognition of our team’s unwavering dedication and hard work and I am immensely proud of what we have achieved together and immensely grateful to our loyal customers and staff, without whom this would not be possible.”

The CAT Awards ceremony, held on 15 February at Manchester’s Lowry Hotel where the winners will be announced, is set to be a highlight event of the year, taking place in a grand setting that promises to be a celebration and recognition for industry leaders.
