HELLA shares a guide to replacing the cabin filter/pollen filter on the Volvo V60/S60 (2012-2018). There are a few things to consider before starting the job.
Follow these steps:
- Remove the right panelling from the centre tunnel
- Remove the panelling under the glove compartment and also disconnect the footwell lamp connector
- Pull the carpet forwards. Fuse box is now visible
- Remove the cover of the fuse box
- Unlock and remove the fuse box or put it to one side. Access to the filter flap is now free
- Remove the flap from the ventilation shaft
- Pull out the filter
- Insert new filter, paying attention to the installation position
- Reassemble everything in reverse order.
