Quentin Le Hetet to speak at Schaeffler REPXPERT Conference

Quentin Le Hetet, country director UK at sector intelligence analysts GiPA, is the latest keynote speaker to sign up for the Schaeffler REPXPERT Conference.

Quentin will kick off the event, looking at how independent garages can prepare to future-proof themselves in the face of a rapidly changing technological and business environment.

“The car parc is getting older overall,” said Quentin, “but at the same time new technology is being introduced, and vehicle electrification is underway. In the middle of all this, independent garages hold a critical position.

“I will show how electrification can be embraced, and how finding and retaining staff can ensure business continuity and success. I will also discuss other new technologies such as remote diagnostics.

“My presentation will be aimed at forward-thinking independent garages and will shed light on the pressing challenges and unprecedented opportunities that lie ahead.”

Quentin is the latest name to sign up for the event and will bring his own unique perspective on the forthcoming changes expected in the aftermarket using data driven facts and figures.

“Quentin will provide some fascinating insights,” said Matthew Selby, sales and marketing director at Schaeffler Automotive Aftermarket (UK) Ltd.

“His understanding of the latest industry trends, and how these translate to what is experienced in garages on a day-to-day basis, will really bring home to delegates how they need to make the most of an ever-changing world.”

The Schaeffler REPXPERT Conference is taking place from 9am on Wednesday 22 May at the Manufacturing Training Centre (MTC) Coventry. Attendees will be provided with breakfast, lunch and refreshments throughout the day.
