According to Metro.co.uk, the 22-year old is refusing to relocate his vehicle to an alternative space, despite having already escaped several fines.
White, who works in fashion, had previously parked a £250,000 orange Lamborghini outside the town hall, something that parking law expert, Nigel Wise, claims he was well within his right to do.
“There is no such thing as a priority space for the mayor,” said Wise.
“They are just putting up restrictions willy-nilly.”
After avoiding his previous fines on a technicality, Gloucestershire County Council has taken steps to prevent him from escaping punishment again.
Unrepentant, Mr White said: “I don’t mind paying up, the tickets don’t bother me.”
